A2Z MAINTENANCE and ENGINEERING SERVICES LTD. - Outcome of ESOP Compensation Committee Meeting

A2Z Maintenance and Engineering Services Ltd has informed BSE that ESOP Compensation Committee of the Company in its meeting held on February 03, 2014 had decided;<br/><br/>1. To Grant 16,95,000 (Sixteen Lacs Ninety Five Thousand) Stock Options to the eligible employees of the Company and its Subsidiary Companies under A2Z Employee Stock Option Plan, 2013 (ESOP Scheme). These options are convertible into equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at the time of exercise of option. The exercise price of the option is Rs. 10.35 (Rupees Ten and Thirty Five Paisa only) each which is NSE Closing market price as of the end of the trading hours on January, 31 2014. <br/><br/>Vesting conditions and exercise period for the stock options is as decided by the Compensation Committee as per the terms and conditions of the respective ESOP Scheme.
