A2Z Maintenance and Engineering Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting duly held on August 14, 2014, inter alia, consider and approve the Change in name of the Company from "A2Z MAINTENANCE and ENGINEERING SERVICES LIMITED" to "A2Z INFRA ENGINEERING LIMITED", subject to necessary approval of Shareholders of the Company in ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).
