With reference to the earlier announcement with respect to approval of restructuring package by Corporate Debt Restructuring Empowered group (CDR-EG), A2Z Maintenance and Engineering Services Ltd has now informed BSE that the Master Restructuring Agreement (MRA) has been executed on March 27, 2014 as per CDR Guidelines.
