Aadhaar Ventures India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for the Directors, officers and Designated Employees of the Company covered under the said Code from August 04, 2015 to August 13, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of un-audited financial result for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
