Aadhaar Ventures India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 06, 2015, has decided the following matters:<BR><BR>1. Issue of 240,75,34,000 (Two hundred forty crore seventy five lacs thirty four thousand) convertible equity warrants of Re. 1/- each at a issue price of Re. 1/- per warrants/shares on preferential basis in accordance with the provisions of Companies Act & as per SEBI (Issue of Capital & Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2009 to the various investors, subject to the members approval.<BR><BR>2. Increase in Authorized Capital of the Company.<BR><BR>3. To hold EGM in due course for the abovementioned matters.
