Aadi Industries Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI ( Prohbition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company''s Code of Conduct, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st October 2025 till 14th November 2025, in view of the forthcoming consideration/ approval of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September 2025.
