Aananda Lakshmi Spinning Mills Ltd - Announcement Under Regulation 30- Information About Business Operations

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, vide letter dated 06th October, 2020 the company had informed the temporary closure of its Spinning Division at its Unit situated at Bhongir, Nalgonda District. We wish to inform that though company had suspended its Spinning operations, the company is continuing with its trading activities. Going forward we wish to inform that company will be carrying on its business activities in two business segments i.e. textiles and real estate activities.
