This is to inform that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company''s Insider Trading Policy including Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company is closed with effect from 1st January, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2022.
