Aanchal Ispat Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

As per the company''s code of conduct framed pursuant to Securities Exchange Board of India (PIT) Regulations, 2015 and circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-2020 dated April 02, 2019, the trading window for dealing of shares of the company by directors, KMP and Designated Persons, shall remain closed from 01.07.2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024 (Both days inclusive).
