As per the Company''s Code of Conduct framed pursuant to SEBI(PIT)Regulation, 2015 and Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019 , the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company by Director, Key Managerial Persons and Designated persons , shall remain closed from 01st day of October, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September , 2025 (Both days inclusive)
