Aartech Solonics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 12, 2022, inter alia, has considered and recommended the dividend of Rs. 0.05/- per equity shares (i.e., 5%) face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2021-22.
