This is with reference to the circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 and NSE/CML/2019/11 dated April 02, 2019 issued by the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited respectively pertaining to clarification regarding Trading Window restriction period.<BR> <BR> In complying with the aforesaid circulars and pursuant to SEBI <BR> (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, we wish to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in shares & securities of the Company for all its Directors and other Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed from Wednesday, July 1, 2020. The Trading Window will open after 48 hours from the announcement of the financial results of the Company for the 1st quarter ending June 30, 2020 (Both days inclusive) to the Stock Exchanges.<BR>
