Aarya Global Shares and Securities Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 09, 2015, inter alia, has approved following matters :<BR><BR>- Approved the sale of stake in subsidiary company subject to approval of shareholders in terms of provisions of section 180 of the Companies Act and rules made there under through postal ballot and other necessary statutory approvals.
