Aashka Hospitals Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended the trading window for designated persons, connected persons, and their immediate relatives to deal in shares of the Company shall remain closed from October 1, 2023 up to 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the company for the half year ending September 30, 2023.
