ABB India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 04, 2016, <BR>inter alia, to consider the Annual Audited Accounts for the financial year ended December 31, 2015, and recommendation of dividend, if any.<BR><BR>The Board will also take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the 4th Quarter ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors/officers/designated employees of the Company from December 15, 2015 to February 06, 2016 (both days inclusive).
