ABB India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 03, 2015, inter alia, to take on record the Un-audited Financial Results and Limited Review Report thereon for the third quarter ended September 30, 2015 (Q3).<BR><BR>Further informed that , as per the Company's code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors / officers / designated employees of the Company from September 15, 2015 to November 05, 2015 (both days inclusive).
