ABB India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 23, 2014, inter alia, to take on record the Un-audited Financial Results and Limited Review Report thereon for the second quarter ended June 30, 2014 (Q2).<br/><br/>Further, as per the Companys code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors/officers/designated employees of the Company from July 01, 2014 to July 25, 2014 (both days inclusive).
