ABB India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 24, 2015, inter alia, to take on record the Un-audited Financial Results and Limited Review Report thereon for the second quarter ended June 30, 2015 (Q2).<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors/officers/designated employees of the Company from June 15, 2015 to July 26, 2015 (both days inclusive).
