Pursuant to Regulation 39 (3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Company, KFin Technologies Limited has received request from the Shareholder for issue of Duplicate Share Certificate. We shall issue the Letter of Confirmation only after the necessary formalities are carried out by the Shareholder.
