This is to inform you that, in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall be closed from today i.e. Tuesday, June 30, 2020 and the same shall reopen after 48 hours from the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2020.
