The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on date i.e. 12th November, 2021, has reviewed and approved the Un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2021 and have taken note of the Limited Review Report as issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company pursuant to regulations 30 (6) and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
