ABC India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 08, 2016, inter alia, for the following purposes:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To consider shifting of Registered Office of the Company from Guwahati to Kolkata and to approve Notice of Postal Ballot thereof.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window for trading by Designated Persons shall be closed from January 30, 2016 to February 10, 2016 (both days inclusive).
