ABG Shipyard Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2014, inter alia, has accorded their consent for the following:<br/><br/>1. Appointment of Mr. David Rasquinha- Nominee of Export Import Bank of India, as Nominee Director of the Company.<br/><br/>2. Adoption of Whistle blower Policy/ Vigil Mechanism of the Company.<br/><br/>3. Constitution of Corporate Social Responsibility Committee<br/><br/>4. Renaming and Reconstitution of various Committees of the Board.<br/><br/>5. Appointment of Secretarial Auditors for the Financial year 2014-15.
