In compliance with the regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the company was intimated about partition of M/s Hardattrai Balabux Biyani (HUF), Promoter of the Company, holding 1320500 (19.07%) shares of the Company. It is hereby informed that the said HUF ceased to be part of Promoter Group of the Company in accordance with the Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulation 2015. Further the total shares held by said HUF are transferred to Mr. Kailash Hardattrai Biyani, Promoter of the Company, as per partition deed of M/s. Hardattrai Balabux Biyani (HUF).
