ABM Knowledgeware Ltd has informed BSE that the members present at the 21st Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 18, 2014 has approved the declaration of dividend of 20% i.e. (Rs. 2/- per equity share). The dividend declared at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid on or before October 17, 2014.
