ACC LTD. - Q1 results on April 28, 2016

ACC Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 28, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the unaudited Financial statements for the quarter ended March 31, 2016 (Q1).<BR><BR>The Trading Window under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 was closed from April 01, 2016 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the results. Accordingly the Trading Window will open on May 02, 2016 (1st May being Sunday).
