ACC LTD. - FY15 results on Feb 10, 2016

ACC Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended December 31, 2015 and dividend, if any, to be recommended.<BR><BR>The trading window under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 was closed from January 01, 2016 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the results. Accordingly, the Trading Window will open on February 15, 2016.
