ACC LTD. - Adoption of New Articles of Association

ACC Ltd has informed BSE that the Members of the Company at the Annual General Meeting held on April 13, 2016 have adopted a new set of Articles of Association, the provisions to bring the same in line with the Companies Act, 2013 and the Companies (Amendment) Act 2015 and rules framed thereunder.
