ACC Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 03, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended December 31, 2014 and dividend, if any, to be recommended.<BR><BR>The trading window under the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading was closed from January 01, 2015 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the results. Accordingly the Trading window will open on February 06, 2015.
