ACC LTD. - Appointment of Additional Director

ACC Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on October 17, 2017 has appointed Mr. Jan Jenisch as an Additional Director on the Board of the Company in the category of a Non Executive, Non Independent Director with effect from October 17, 2017 and he will hold office until the date of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company at which Meeting his appointment will be regularized through due process of law.<BR><BR>The Board has also elected Mr. Jan Jenisch as Deputy Chairman with effect from October 17, 2017.
