ACC LTD. - Q2 results on July 24, 2014

ACC Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 24, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter April 01, 2014 - June 30, 2014 and in respect of the half year January 01, 2014 - June 30, 2014 and to consider or not the payment of an interim dividend.<br/><br/>The trading window under the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading was closed from July 01, 2014 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the results. Accordingly the Trading window will open on July 28, 2014 (26th and 27th July 2014 being Saturday and Sunday).
