ACC LTD. - Board declares Interim Dividend

ACC Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 17, 2015, inter alia, has approved the payment of an interim dividend at the rate of Rs. 11/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each, an interim dividend of Rs. 15/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each was paid in 2014.
