ACC Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 20, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter July 01, 2015 - September 30, 2015 and in respect of nine months ended January 01, 2015 - September 30, 2015 (Q3).<BR><BR>Further, the trading window under the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading will be closed from October 01, 2015 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the results. Accordingly, the Trading Window will open on October 23, 2015, as October 22, 2015 is a Holiday.
