Accel Frontline Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has called for a Board meeting on May 05, 2015, inter alia, to consider Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>In connection with the above, the Trading Windows for dealing in the securities of the Company as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading will remain closed for all the Directors / Designated Employees of the Company from April 28, 2015 to May 07, 2015 (both days inclusive).
