Accel Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve and take on record the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Reviewed Financial Results for the Quarter (Q2) and half-year ended 30th September, 2021.<BR> <BR> Further, this is to inform that in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Reporting Trading by Insiders, framed as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window, which was closed from the end of the quarter ended 30th September, 2021 i.e. from 01st October 2021, shall remain closed, for all designated/connected persons till 14th November, 2021.<BR>
