Accel Limited is to inform the Stock Exchange that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed with effect from 01st April 2024 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2024. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the financial results shall be intimated separately in the due course. This is for your kind information.
