The Company was in receipt of your mail dated 19th July, 2024 with the observation that Consolidated Results - Declaration or Statement of Impact of Audit Qualifications not submitted in PDF for the year ended 31.03.2024. In this regard, We would like to clarify the Exchange that there was no qualified opinion made by the Auditors on the Consolidated financial Results of the Company for the year ended 31.03.2024. Since, there was no qualification, the Statement of Impact of Audit Qualification was not filed by the Company for the Consolidated Results for the year ended 31.03.2024.
