Pursuant to regulation 15(2)(b) of SEBI(LODR), 2015, provisions of regulation 24A of SEBI(LODR), 2015 is not applicable to the Company, hence requirement of filing Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for the financial year 2023-24 shall not apply to the Company
