In terms of the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and Prohibition of Insider Trading Policy, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company will be closed for all the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives from Tuesday, October 01, 2024 and same will remain closed until 48 hours after Declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the half year ended September 30, 2024.
