With reference to the above captioned subject it is hereby informed that Ms. Mansi Vohra, Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer of the Company has tendered her resignation from the post of Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from closing of Business hours of June 24, 2022. Consequent to her resignation as Company Secretary, Ms. Mansi Vohra has also ceased to be the Compliance Officer of the Company.
