Acropetal Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 14, 2014, inter alia, accepted the Resignation of Mr. Mohan Hosahalli Ramakrishna, Director of the Company effective from May 14, 2014. He was also the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member in Remuneration Committee and Shareholders Grievance Committee of the Company.
