ACROW INDIA LTD. - Revision in timings of Board Meeting on Jan 31, 2017

With reference to the earlier letter dated January 19, 2017 regarding Board Meeting scheduled for the January 31, 2017 at 4:00 pm, Acrow India Ltd has now informed BSE that the timings of the said Board Meeting have been revised to 11.30 am (from 4 pm as scheduled earlier) on the same day i.e. January 31, 2017, to consider, approve and take on records the Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.
