Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. March 30, 2021 have appointed Mr. Kalyan S. Gangwal, Chartered Accountant (Membership Number 015228) as Internal Auditor of the company for the financial year 2020-2021.
