ACRYSIL LTD. - Memorandum of Understanding /Agreements

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable regulations, this is to inform you that the Company has entered into a Technology/Know how transfer agreement on 04/10/2017 with M/s. Next Ship Ltd., Hungary, a designing company and Mr. Mszros Jzsef, Hungary, a key individual for technology / know how transfer for manufacturing of 3D concrete wall tiles. <BR> <BR> None of the Promoter/ Director/KMP are interested on the above transaction. <BR> <BR> The trading window is closed from 04/10/2017 to 05/10/2017 (both days inclusive).<BR>
