In terms of the Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct as framed by the Company under Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Prohibition Of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed with effect from 07.11.2017 upto 16.11.2017 (both days inclusive) for approval of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30.09.2017.
