This is to inform that pursuant to securities and Exchange Board of lndia (Prohibition of lnsider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, read with Circular No: List/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 issued by the BSE Limited with respect to the "clarification regarding trading restrictions period', the trading window for dealing in Securities of the company shall remain closed for all the Directors/officers/Designated Employees of the Company from 1st January, 2023 and will end 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending 30th December, 2022 become generally available information.
