The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all directors/officers/Designated employees of the Company from 1st April 2021 and will end 48 hours after declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended 31st March 2021 become generally available information.<BR> <BR>
