Adhunik Metaliks Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2016, inter alia, has transacted the following:<BR><BR>1. The Board accepted resignation of Mr., Raghaw Sharan Pandey from the Directorship of the Company w.e.f. February 16, 2016.<BR><BR>2. Due to inadequate profit in the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016, no dividend has been recommended.
