Adi Finechem Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 03, 2016, inter alia, to consider and adopt the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with the applicable regulations of Insider Trading Regulations, the "Trading Window" for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for Directors / Designated persons of the Company from January 28, 2016 to February 04, 2016 (both days inclusive).
