Adi Finechem Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 04, 2015, inter alia, has recommended dividend @ Rs. 2.50 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each fully paid on 1,37,94,000 equity shares of the Company.
